Free AI Video Generator, No Sign Up: What Eight Channels Do

None of the eight channels in this check will generate a video for someone who is not logged in. That is the short answer, and it is worth stating plainly because the phrase "no sign up" usually implies otherwise. The useful part is the next layer: "no sign up" fails at a different step on each channel, and that step decides what you can still do before you hit it. On three of them the gate is the first thing on the screen. On one it waits until you have typed a prompt and pressed Generate. On two the tool shell loads but there is no prompt field to type into. On one you stop at a terms gate before any of that.

Every row below carries the date it was checked, the address you actually land on, and the HTTP status of that page. Nothing in this table needs to be taken on trust — it can be re-run.

The eight channels, and the step where each one stops you

All rows checked on 2026-10-05 in a browser profile with no account signed in to anything. Where a prompt field existed, a prompt was entered and Generate was pressed; where it did not, the create entry was clicked. No generation completed anywhere, so nothing here is a judgement about output.

ChannelThe address you land onHTTPWhere it stops you
Wan 2.5create.wan.video/generate200At the door. The login modal is up before a prompt can be entered — Log in, Sign up, Google, GitHub.
PixVerseapp.pixverse.ai200At the door. The page offers Login, Subscribe and Claim credits. No generator interface is reachable.
Hailuo AIhailuoai.video/zh-Intl/create/image-to-video200At the door. A Login entry and pricing from $9.99 a month; no anonymous generation control.
Kling AIkling.ai/app/200At Generate. The workspace renders with a fillable prompt box. A prompt was typed, Generate was pressed, and only then did the login modal appear.
Seedance 2.5 (Jimeng)jimeng.jianying.com/ai-tool/home, where /ai-tool/video redirects200Inside the workspace. The prompt field and a 生成 control are both present, and the interface states 请先登录 — log in first.
Runwayapp.runwayml.com/video-tools/teams/guest/ai-tools/generate200At registration. A guest route renders the tool shell, but there is no prompt field in it; the create entry goes to auth.runwayml.com/interaction/…/register, an email form.
Luma Dream Machinelumalabs.ai/app — and separately app.lumalabs.ai200 / 403At sign-up, by two routes. The entry page loads (200) with no prompt field and Start Now goes to auth.lumalabs.ai/sign-up; a direct request to the app subdomain redirects to the same sign-up page and returns 403 behind a bot-check interstitial.
Canvacanva.com/video-editor/200At a consent gate. After the cookie wall, Create a video raises a 14-plus and terms-of-use consent step. No editor and no prompt field were reached.

How to read the three groups

The table splits three ways, and the split matters more than the headline.

Three channels stop you before you can do anything: Wan, PixVerse and Hailuo put the account requirement on the first screen, so there is nothing to test — there is nothing to type into.

Three let you get further than you would expect. Kling accepts a prompt and raises the login modal only when you press Generate. Jimeng renders the full creation workspace — prompt box, model selector, a 生成 button — with 请先登录 beside it. Runway's guest route renders the tool shell. In all three cases the interface is visible and the account is still required; what differs is how far you get before the wall, which is exactly what a screenshot-free description never tells you.

One never got to the question. Canva's consent gate was not passed in this check, so whether a login gate sits behind it is not something this page can say.

A login wall is not the same as a paywall

The eight channels above are not offering nothing. They are asking for an identity before they offer anything. Once an account exists, the free tiers are real and specific: Wan runs a daily check-in, PixVerse publishes a 60-credit start plus 30 a day, Google Flow publishes 50 points a day, Kling hands out a trial package. Those figures, what they buy, and where the ceilings sit are on the free allowance page — this page only answers the question that comes before them: can you get in without one. On the evidence of these eight, you cannot.

Scope, date and what is not confirmed here

Observed: all eight rows were checked on 2026-10-05, from one environment, in a fresh browser profile with no account signed in. The dataset behind this page holds 106 dated observations across twelve models; each one carries its channel, its date and how it was obtained.

Channel: the address in each row is the exact page that was opened, not a description of it. That is the point of listing them — a reader can open the same URL in a clean profile and see the same first screen.

Update cadence: sign-up requirements change without announcement, and a channel that blocks an anonymous visitor today may not next month. Every row carries its own date for that reason; re-check before quoting one.

Not confirmed here: whether any of these gates behaves differently from another country, browser or device — every observation is from one environment on one day. Whether a login gate sits behind Canva's consent step, since that step was not passed. Whether any channel would complete a generation for a signed-in free account without a credit cost — that is a different question, measured per channel in the dataset. And nothing here measures output quality, because no generation was completed.
