The one address that reaches this site is [email protected]. Mail sent there is forwarded to the person who runs VideoFreeTier, and it does get read.

What to use it for

• Corrections. If a figure on the site is out of date or wrong, say which page and what the correct value is. A correction with a date attached is worth more than the original entry, and it will be applied.
• Removal requests. If something published here misdescribes you, your product, or your company, say so and it will be looked at.
• Privacy questions. Anything about the privacy policy that is not already answered there.

What not to use it for

• Support. VideoFreeTier does not host or resell any model. If a generation failed, a credit did not arrive, or an account is locked, that is a question for the vendor whose product you were using — not for this site.
• Paid placement. Vendors cannot pay to change a number here, and there is no sponsored content to buy.
• Guest posts and link insertions. These are not accepted, and unsolicited ones are discarded unread.

What to expect back

This is a small site run by one person, not a company with a support desk. Corrections that come with a source get priority. There is no guaranteed reply time, and no ticket system — but mail that points out a real error will be acted on.

Before you write

Many questions are already answered on the pages themselves: the current free-tier numbers are on the home page, and what the site does and does not cover is on the about page. Checking those first will usually save you the email.
